Sandy · Salt Lake County
The settled south valley. Where our staff stay the longest.
Sandy is one of the calmest cities in our service area. Quiet residential streets, well-kept parks, foothill walks, mature neighborhoods. For families looking for a supportive-living placement that feels like a settled suburb rather than a busy urban core, Sandy is often the right answer.
Why Sandy works for us
We currently operate a supportive-living home in Sandy, near the 9000 South corridor. The neighborhood character there matches what we look for: streets where neighbors recognize each other, low through-traffic, walkable to a park or two, and within a short drive of medical, grocery, and TRAX. The Sandy home has had the longest staff retention of our portfolio.
Neighborhoods we look in
- Near 9000 South — the corridor we already operate in. Established residential, walkable.
- Granite — quieter streets, foothill access, slightly older housing stock with character.
- Pepperwood / Quail Hollow — newer subdivisions, larger homes, quieter than the central corridor.
- Crescent — east-side residential, close to schools and a community library branch.
